By creating an account or using WinLogs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
WinLogs is operated by WinLogs ("we," "us," or "our"). References to "you" mean the individual or entity accessing the Service.
WinLogs is a professional achievement tracking tool. It lets you log work wins, organize them, and use AI to help draft performance review summaries and career documents.
The AI generation feature is powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI-generated content is a starting point, not a finished document. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you produce with it.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using WinLogs, you represent that you meet this requirement.
One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or usage restrictions.
Certain features (including AI generation) consume credits.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.
You own the entries, tags, and other content you create in WinLogs ("User Content"). We don't claim ownership of it.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
WinLogs owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including its software, design, trademarks, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings tab. On deletion, your entries, generated documents, credit balance, feedback, and generation logs are permanently and immediately deleted from our systems, and your authentication record is removed. This action is irreversible.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for cause.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any specific use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinLogs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
